I’ve been licensed as a real estate agent since 1988, licensed as a mortgage originator in 2003, certified instructor 10 years for classes required to obtain a real estate license, wrote four classes approved by the Texas Real Commission for course material, one class for licensing mortgage originators and certified to teach the class.

I know both sides of the real estate transaction which allows me to use this knowledge to better serve the buyer or seller than most agents. I’ve been in the Austin area since 1968 now living in Georgetown since 1985 with my wife of 63 years. Came to the Austin area with IBM in 1968 and retired in 1997. Working in management for 19 years, purchasing agent for two and various staff positions.
